It’s that time of year again… Once the sun makes a few appearances so does the instagram spam of in progress bikini bodies and lush swimwear! For once in my life I actually have no holidays planned however I always feel the pressure to get into shape at this time of year (I never do though haha).
However I do think it’s very important to do things the healthy way. I have only ever lost weight through a way which isn’t healthy such as a fad diet, eating next to nothing or through stress and upset but this is not the right way at all! It is important to get the right balance. There is no quick fix as much as we’d all like one!
With the help of insta celebrities such as Clean Eating Alice and Tally Rye setting positive examples it is nice to see a healthy way of living is being displayed on social media rather than images of stick thin girls!
Therefore I definitely think abs are made in the kitchen and it isn’t as bad as it sounds. I think most of us associate healthy eating with a plate full of salad leaves but it’s not like that at all. I definitely need to stop binging on chocolate eggs and make some colourful choices for summer!
